How did you start at The Legal Department?
I began working at The Legal Department as a law clerk during my second year of law school. After earning my law license, I transitioned into an attorney role and have continued helping clients establish, maintain, and protect their businesses.
What do you do at The Legal Department?
As an attorney at The Legal Department, I advise clients on business entity formations, entity audits, and ownership agreements. I enjoy helping business owners navigate complex legal matters, strengthen their business structures, and implement strategies that support their long-term objectives.
What do you like most about what you do?
The most rewarding part of my work is helping make the law more accessible and understandable for small business owners. I enjoy empowering clients with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions and protect the businesses they have worked hard to build.
Who are your favorite clients to work with?
My favorite clients are those who are passionate about what they do and excited about growing their businesses. Their enthusiasm is inspiring, and it's rewarding to help them create the legal framework they need to succeed.
What is special or unique about helping professional service providers?
I enjoy working with professional service providers because every business has its own unique story, challenges, and goals. It's fascinating to learn about the specialized services our clients offer and to help them implement legal protections tailored to their specific industries and needs.
