What do you do at The Legal Department?

I help make sure potential and current clients have a smooth experience with The Legal Department, from their first inquiry through scheduling and ongoing support. I also assist with day-to-day firm operations, coordinate events and special projects, and support our marketing efforts.

What do you like most about what you do?

What I like most about my role is getting to meet and help so many different people, each with their own businesses, goals, and ideas for the future. I love hearing their stories and being part of their experience with The Legal Department. No two days are exactly the same, so I’m constantly learning something new, gaining a new perspective, and feeling inspired by the people I get to connect with.

Who are your favorite clients to work with?

I love working with first time business owners that are just starting out. I enjoy being a part of their journey from the very beginning and seeing the progress they make throughout the different stages of owning a business!

What is special or unique about helping professional service providers?

Beyond the enjoyment of interacting with people who are passionate about what they do, I find I learn more about people and in general. Working alongside service providers has allowed me to gain a unique perspective into the behind-the-scenes of how most businesses operate and the effort business owners go to ensure each client has a positive experience.

What are two words your friends would use to describe you?

Diligent and Conscientious.
