We use Squarespace to host our Site and provide website forms. Information submitted through Squarespace forms may be processed and stored by Squarespace and any services we have connected to those forms.

We use MailerLite to manage newsletter subscriptions, digital resource sign-ups, and email communications. If you subscribe to our mailing list or request a digital resource, information such as your name and email address may be provided to and processed by MailerLite for purposes of delivering the requested content and sending communications from The Legal Department. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in those communications.

We use Zoom to host webinars and other virtual events. If you register for a webinar or event, you may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, and other information requested on the registration form. This information may be collected and processed through Zoom for purposes of administering the event, providing registration confirmations and access information, and communicating with you regarding the event.

Except as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy, information you provide is used so that we may respond to your requests, provide requested information or services, communicate with you, administer events, and operate our Site. Information may also be shared with trusted service providers that assist us in operating our Site, communications, and services, as described below.
